By submitting your application, you explicitly consent to allow EMT HR Solutions, a corporate brand of Eventrics Multi Tasking Solutions Private Limited, to process and store this information for recruitment placement.
2. Showcase & Client Distribution
In alignment with our candidate agreement, EMT HR Solutions is authorized to evaluate and showcase your CV and professional profile to verified corporate clients, partner organizations, and affiliated employer networks with active hiring mandates.
3. Commercial Zero-Sale Policy
We maintain strict corporate privacy standards. Candidate databases and contact records are never sold, rented, or distributed to third-party marketing vendors. Data usage is strictly restricted to talent acquisition and career placement activities.
4. Candidate Security & Data Liability
While EMT HR Solutions implements industry-standard data handling and cloud security measures via encrypted channels, applicants acknowledge that they submit documents voluntarily and are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of their personal data.

2. Free Candidate Placement Guarantee
EMT HR Solutions operates on a strict zero-charge policy for job seekers. We never charge registration fees, security deposits, or placement charges from candidates. Any external party requesting money in our name is fraudulent and should be reported to wecare@oneemt.in immediately.
3. Recruitment Disclaimer & Non-Guarantee of Selection
EMT HR Solutions facilitates sourcing, screening, and initial assessments. Submission of an application does not guarantee employment or an interview call. Final hiring decisions, compensation offers, and employment contracts remain at the sole discretion of the hiring client organization.
4. Dispute Resolution & Legal Jurisdiction
All legal matters, terms, or disputes arising from candidate applications or platform usage are governed exclusively by the laws of India and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh.
